Who we are

Who I am

I am a Board-certified Emergency Medicine physician who trained at New York Medical College in New York City. I have nearly two decades of clinical experience caring for patients across diverse backgrounds and medical settings with emergent and urgent conditions, primary acute care, and Anthroposophical care. My work at the bedside deepened my understanding that true healing extends beyond treating acute illness alone and seeing the human is not only a physical being. I was inspired to pursue a more integrative, whole-person approach to care and treatment addressing the complex nature of the human. I have continued my learning in complementary healing modalities, including approaching patients as a fourfold being, a basis of Anthroposophical Medicine. I have thoughtfully blended alternative medical practices with evidence-based allopathic medicine. As a certified yoga instructor, I value the therapeutic role of movement, meditation, and breath-work in supporting resilience and addressing a wide range of conditions. My goal is to partner with each patient in a thoughtful, compassionate way—honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit while providing deeply personalized medical care.

Integrative Allopathic Medicine

My practice combines the strengths of Western medicine with evidence-based lifestyle medicine, mind-body-spirit therapies, and carefully selected natural therapeutics. I provide personalized, root-cause–focused care designed to restore balance, strengthen resilience, and support Longevity Health.
